Sprint's customer service chat feature, better than talking to their people!



I just had to post this. I just completed a chat transaction with Sprint, and it went more smoothly and was more effective than any phone transaction I've EVER had with them! Nice work Sprint! I will never speak to anyone at your organization again! :)
